30 Silver Drachmai commemorates the Royal Wedding of Constantine II, King of Greece and Princess Anne-Marie of Denmark in 1964. Coin issued by the National Bank of Greece.

For the lettering on the coin, consistently instead of a ‘Σ’ a ‘C’ is used, known as the lunate sigma. That is not common in modern Greek writing, it has been used on some ancient Greek coins though, see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigma

On the edge lettering, between ‘*’ and ‘ICXYC’, between ‘ΜΟΥ’ and ‘Η’ and between ‘Τ’ and ‘ΟΥ’ in ΤΟΥ there are three narrow vertical lines, indicating that three die sections were used to create the lettering on the edge. Such triple little vertical lines can also for example be found on Swiss 5 Francs coin edges with raised edge lettering, as well as on the edge of the 1960 20 Drachmes coin.
