Stephen Album's Checklist of Islamic Coins designates this coin as “Extremely Rare” (RRR).  The Checklist also notes that:  

“Coins of this short reign were struck to the 1200 nokhod standard first introduced by Nādir Shāh in 1160, struck only at Tabrīz. ”
