Earliest references to this item was about 1890. The Canadian Pacific Navigation was an early steamship company founded by a John Irvine in 1883, and was sold in 1901. Most likely a game/counter token, but may have been handed out to certain employees in the proceeding decades. This may even be a fantasy piece with nothing to do with the company mentioned above.
