This Aluminium-bronze NCLT coin commemorates the 200th anniversary of the publication of Matthew Flinders’ journal ‘A Voyage to Terra Australis.’ his journal recounts a time when Australia was a vast unknown land for European settlers.

It was Issued in a four coin carded set by the RAM with "C" Mintmark & [B], [M] & [S] privymarks.

Also released separately in a coincard at the Brisbane (B), Melbourne (M), Sydney (S) & Perth (P) ANDA shows with corresponding Counterstamps.

Also available with coincard at the RAM "Mint your own coin press" at the Royal Australian Mint Public Gallery in Canberra with a "C" mintmark.

A Fine Silver (.999) Mintmarked "C" Proof version was also released in a capsule in a plush box with limited edition certificate.
