Comments

COM CAR: Stands for Combat Cargo. It refers to the Combat Cargo Groups (CCG) of the U.S. Army Air Forces. These groups were specialized in dropping supplies and transporting troops directly into combat zones.

The Combat Cargo Groups were heavily active in the China-Burma-India (CBI) Theatre, particularly in India (Assam) and Burma. They played a vital role in supporting the push against Japanese forces.
