One of the largest Dutch camps built to house Belgian refugees who fled the German invasion in 1914. Because the Netherlands was neutral, they used internal "point systems" or local cardboard/paper money within these camps to manage the economy and prevent refugees from competing with Dutch laborers for outside jobs.
