del Triunvirato, de fecha 29 de JULIO de 1866.

Translation:
God, Homeland, Liberty.
This banknote will circulate in the territory of the Republic for the value of Twenty strong cents, which will be accepted in payment of import and export duties, with the guarantee provided by the Decree of the Subdelegation of the Triumvirate, dated July 29th., 1866.
