Comments

The Moscow Mint's medal series is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Soviet coinage. It is based on designs from a failed 1925 competition, during which a search for new designs for Soviet coins was underway. The series recreates the ideas presented by artists of the time, using modern coin production technologies.
Each medal is issued in two versions—uncirculated and proof—packaged in a blister pack.
