(fr) Le chat de Schrödinger, l'expérience de pensée illustrant la superposition quantique. Le visage du chat domine le noyau de niobium, ses yeux symbolisant la superposition des états « vivant » et « mort ». Autour du chat, jusqu'au bord de la pièce, figurent un atome instable, une échelle de compteur Geiger, le symbole de la radioactivité et l'observateur. L'abréviation de l'équation de Schrödinger est visible en haut de la pièce.

Le noyau de niobium illustre l'intrication de deux particules de spins opposés.
