This object is a copper advertising token (or "game token") issued by the Czech publishing house Nakladatelství Jos. R. Vilímek in Prague, probably around 1920.
Founded in 1884, Josef Richard Vilímek was one of Prague's most prestigious publishing houses at the turn of the 20th century. It was particularly renowned for its high-quality publications, including works by Jules Verne and Karl May, as well as its humorous magazines (see https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nakladate lstv%C3%AD_a_tisk%C3%A1rna_Josef_R._Vil%C3%ADmek).
These tokens were distributed as promotional items or used in games to boost brand awareness among the public.
