Die Einwechslung dieses Scheines gegen gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel erfolgt bis zum 1. Juli 1915 durch die umseitig aufgeführten Kassen. Sie wird garantiert durch die Gemeinde bezw. das Amt Marten.

Wer diesen Wechsel-Schein nachmacht oder verfälscht, oder nachgemachte oder verfälschte Scheine sich verschaft und in den Verkehr bringt, kann mit Zuchthaus bestraft werden.

The exchange of this note for legal tender will be carried out until July 1, 1915, by the cash offices listed on the reverse. It is guaranteed by the municipality or the Marten office.

Anyone who counterfeits or falsifies this bill note, or obtains counterfeit or falsified notes and circulates them, can be punished with imprisonment.

Ausgabe- und Einwechselstellen sind die Amts- und Gemeinde- Kasse Marten zu Dorsfeld und die Amtssparkasse zu Dorsfeld.
Vorstehende Kassen nehmen die Kriegs- Wechsel- Scheine auch als vollgültiges Zahlungsmittel für Steuern und Abgaben, Zinsen usw. und auch für Spareinlagen an. Für die vollwertige Einwechslung dieses Kriegs- Wechsel- Scheines haftet das Amt bezw. die Gemeinde Marten mit dem ganzen Vermögen.

Valid until July 1, 1915
Issuing and redemption offices are the official and municipal treasury of Marten in Dorsfeld and the district savings bank in Dorsfeld.
The above treasuries also accept the war promissory notes as fully valid legal tender for taxes and duties, interest, etc., as well as for savings deposits. The office or the municipality of Marten is liable with all assets for the full exchange of this war promissory note.
