die in der Kantine gefuhrt werden ausgefolgt.
Dieses Lagergeld hat nur innerhalb des Lagers Reifenstein Giltigkeit. Für zerrissene und beschmutzte Scheine wird kein Gegenwert aus-gefolgt. Dieser Schein hat nur Giltigkeit, wenn er außerdem das Amts-siegel der k. k. Bezirkshauptmannschaft u. der k. k. Lagerleitung trägt.

Translation:
This voucher can be exchanged at the canteen of the Imperial and Royal (k.k.) Reifenstein General Administration for the equivalent value of 2 kroner in all goods sold in the canteen.
This camp money is valid only within the Reifenstein camp. No exchange will be issued for torn or soiled vouchers. This voucher is valid only if it also bears the official seal of the Imperial and Royal District Authority and the Imperial and Royal Camp Management.
