Comments

Indonesia have a problem with transporting national currency from Island of Java to other Islands, even more problematic when the Dutch controlled almost national roads, and thus outside of Java are ordered to issue their own local currency for the sake of the local economy there. This order is also to reduce the circulation of Dutch banknotes, particularly NICA-issue banknotes.

Signature of the Bukittinggi is Teuku Muhammad Hasan
