According to Grokipedia, “Crame is a Scots dialect noun referring to a merchant's booth, stall, or tent used for selling goods, particularly at markets or fairs.”
This medal appears to have been gilted at some point and there is documentation of at least two versions. The second, has a reverse with “FINEST MALT * TOOLE’S BLEND * SCOTCH WHISKEY” in three lines, first and last curved.
