Translation:
The law punishes with life imprisonement the forger of this title. Public credit consolidated debt. Five pesos. This five pesos consolidated public debt bond will be accepted at the tax offices of the Republic at a rate of 25 percent on import and export duties, in accordance with the Law of December 12, 1814.
Santo Domingo, June 1st, 1875. The Minister of Finance and Commerce, President of the Liquidation Board. President of the Chamber of Accounts. General Accountant. Five pesos consolidated debt.
