Very rare type of the King Vukasin Mrnjavcevic coinage.
He was one of the most powerful nobles in the disunited Serbian Empire, Vukašin was crowned king in 1365 to act as co-ruler with Emperor Stefan Uroš V.
He died in Marica battle in 1371
