The 2009 Men's European Basketball Championship (officially known as EuroBasket 2009) was the 36th finals of the Men's European Basketball Championship, held from September 7 to September 20, 2009, in seven Polish cities. Sixteen of the country's top teams participated. The tournament was held under the patronage of FIBA and was organized by the Polish Basketball Association.
