The 2009 Men's European Basketball Championship (officially known as EuroBasket 2009) was the 36th finals of the Men's European Basketball Championship, held from September 7 to September 20, 2009, in seven Polish cities. Sixteen of the country's top teams participated. The tournament was held under the patronage of FIBA ​​and was organized by the Polish Basketball Association.
