Crowned triangular shield with a crowned norwegian lion holding a halberd and facing left with vertical lines in the background, inside the shield. Another crowned norwegian lion holding a halberd and facing left on top. Ring made of sticks tied together behind the shield. Circular inscription in two lines surrounding the shield, solid ring on the rim.

Translation:
Unity gives strenght, it is like a ring.
