Comments

The second World Convention of Jewish Communities for Soviet Jewry met in February 1976 in Brussels. The cry, "Let my people go I" is in essence the faithful expression of the aims adopted by the Convention.
 

Serialization:
All the medals are numbered. Bronze - 3849 have been numbered, 1476 have been melted.
Silver - 1132 have been numbered, 86 have been melted.
