The Treasury of the Federation will pay the bearer $ 25.00 (twenty five Pesos)
This obligation is guaranteed with Federal Treasury bonds redeemable in Mexican gold, 6%-1914-10 years, for an amount equal to its value, in accordance with the Decree of 6 of the current and will be redeemable in the terms that said Decree provides.

pública y en toda clase de pagos, y en consecuencia, es de po-
der liberatorio en cantidad ilimitada para cualquier clase de
obligaciones, incluso el pago de impuesto de la Federacion,
de los Estados y de los Municipios.

Translation:
25 Pesos
Finance Secretary, Treasury of the Federation.
This obligation is of obligatory receipt throughout the Republic and in all kinds of payments, and consequently, it is of unlimited liberating power for any kind of obligations, including the payment of Federal, State and Municipal taxes.
