Translation: Ferdinand III, by the grace of God, King of Hungary and Bohemia.

Reverse

Madonna with child in an oval frame supposed to be the sun, rays going outward. Legend around an inner circle, divided by 3 shields (crowned Bohemia at 3h, Austria/Burgundy at 6h, crowned Hungary at 9h) and ending with the date.
