Obverse
The obverse of the coin features an antique lamppost in the center; to the left is the BNB logo with the year "1879" on the band and the year of issue "2026" below. On the right side of the design is the face value of the coin, "10 ЕВРО" (10 euros), in two lines, and the semicircular inscription "БЪЛГАРСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА" (National Bank of Bulgaria).

The reverse of the coin depicts the first electric tram, accompanied by several inscriptions.
