Translation: Leopold, by the grace of God, forever venerable Emperor of the Romans...

Crowned double headed imperial eagle with halo'ed heads, crowned shield with Bohemian lion on breast, surrounded by the chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Legend around a braided inner circle, mintmaster's mark and letters at bottom, date at the end divided by the crown.
