Fractional Coinage issued in Chittagong by Halal Shah, believed to be a governor under Arakanese Authority. Mitchiner has suggested that he is the Arakanese governor of Chittagong known as Maha Pyinnya Kyaw. The Arakanese inscription on the obverse further supports this identification of Halal Shah.
