Obverse

Inscription in two lines in the centre. Bust of Haakon VII facing right surrounded by inscription, in a solid ring above. Crowned shield with a crowned norwegian lion holding a halberd and facing left, with vertical lines in the background inside the shield below. The shield is flanked by banners with lettering and a wreath.

Reverse

The Eidsvoll Building amongst trees with lettering above and date below, in a beaded ring. Busts (from left to right) of: Nicolai Wergeland, Georg Sverdrup, Christian Magnus Falsen, Christian Frederik, Wilhelm Frimann Koren Christie, Herman Wedel Jarlsberg, Teis Lundegaard. Their names are on banners below each person except Christian Frederik, who has his name surrounding him in a solid ring. Open book with lettering below the date. Leaves and wreaths are scattered around the busts, all surrounded by another inscription.
