  The Amount of Money received from the sale of Tickets, calculated under the Act, will be distributed as follows:-75%, after the deduction thereout of the audited expenses, as sanctioned under the Act, will be disributed as Prizes. The balance 25% will be paid to the hospitals

  The Amount provisionally certified by the Auditors on the day preceding the draw to be avaible for Prizes, if exceeding £100,000 will be divided into as many Prize Units of £100,000 as the sum admits. The remainder of the money available for Prizes will be distributed in Fifty Cash Prizes of equal amount. Each Prize Unit will be distributed in Prizes as follows:-

 If the sum available for prizes does not exceed £100,000, the entire sum will be the Prize Unit, and will be distributed in the proportion of the prizes out of the Prize Unit of £100,000. In any event, the sum of £25,000 is garunteed as a minimum, and has been deposited at the Bank of Ireland, Dublin in the names of the Trustees.

 Prizewinners are the persons named on the Counterfoils drawn and will be formally notified. The numbers on Tickets are for Reference purposes only. Should the Race not take place, the Prize Money (less the Cash Prizes) will be divided equally amongst the drawers of horses; the Cash Prizes will be distributed as drawn. Prizes unclaimed within six months from the draw will become forfeit to the Hospitals.

 Subscribers should notify Hospitals' Committee, Dublin, direct, of failure to receive acknowledgement.
 Particulars of the Draw will be notified to the Prizes and will be posted to Applicants on request.
