The edge has a fineness of 1000 imprinted and three marks. The first one is the triangle, which is not specifically known and could be a master's mark. The second one is the imperial crown which stands for the German Empire and confirms compliance with the legal minimum silver content of 800 since 1888. Last one is a crescent moon which symbolizes that it is in fact silver.
