(Host note): José Galvez wearing laurel wreath on upper center to left; allegory, "Liberty" as woman standing wearing feathered helmet, with undulated sword on right hand and lion resting on back; steam locomotive on lower center.
Issuer name on top, face value in number on top left and center right, in numbers and letters on center. Black series, 1 letter on lower center and right, red serial #s 4 digits on lower left and top right. 2 signatures with titles above, on sides of lower image. Issuing location and date above signatures, with space to fill day and month; printed year.
(Overprinted) "BILLETE PROVISIONAL" cancelling issuer name, on top; "100 CENTAVOS DE INCA" cancelling original face value, on center; 2 signatures, placed above originals.
