Issuer name on top, face value in letters on top left corner, in number and letters on top right and center left. Black series, 1 letter on left center and lower right edges, red serial #s, 3 digits on lower left and right. 2 black signatures with titles above on lower zone. Issuing location and date on center, with space to fill day and month; printed year.
(overprints) Legend "BILLETE PROVISIONAL" cancelling issuer name on top, "Rls." cancelling face value on center to left, 3 signatures above host ones. New face value in letters on bottom, cancelling text.
