(Host note): José Galvez on upper left, with train and town on background to right, and sea with vessel to left; steam locomotive on lower center.
Issuer name on upper right, face value in number on right, in letters on top left and center to right. Blue series, 1 letter on left and lower right, red serial #s 4 digits on lower left and right. 2 signatures with titles above, on sides of lower image. Issuing location and date on left, with space to fill day and month; printed year.
(Overprinted) "BILLETE PROVISIONAL" on issuer name and face value, cancellation on "UN SOL" on top right, cancellation on text below lower image; 2 signatures, placed below originals.
