Small bust of Louis XIII on the right, laureate, draped and cuirassed, with a milled collar. Two types of busts. The A has a flattened burr and a cuirass. The B has a wide burr and no cuirass.
Beginning of legend at 6 o'clock, smooth circle.

Lettering: LOVIS.XIII.R.D.FRAN.ET.NAVA.D.

Translation: Louis XIII, King of France and Navarre.

Reverse

Three lilies placed 2 and 1. Start of legend at 12 o'clock, smooth circle.
