The obverse of the medals depicts the main rulers of the 20th century with their dates of birth and death.

The reverse of the medals shows the date of reign and the coat of arms corresponding to that time.

The medals were made at the Moscow Mint, the set has a numbered certificate and a description. The medals have the mint mark, weight, metal sample and hallmark.

The set consists of 12 medals made of 925 silver with 24-karat gilding, PROOF quality. Weight of pure silver: 11 medals of 31.1 grams, the 12th (Putin) - 62.2 grams.
