Imitating a Balkh mint drachm of Hormizd IV, countermarks of legends and a bust. The Balkh mintmark and frozen date of Regnal year 11 (AD 591) are part of the imitation, and are not necessarily indicative of this coin's mint of origin or years of production.
Some argue the фopo c/m refers to Turk Shahi Phromo Kesaro, but this is unlikely.
