Sztutowo Commune - a rural commune in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki County. In the years 1975-1998, the commune was located in the Elbląg Voivodeship. In the years 1939-1945, the Nazi concentration camp "KL Stutthof" was located in the commune. It was the longest operating concentration camp outside Germany. Built during the September Campaign, just after the occupation of Pomerania and the Free City of Gdańsk. Liberated in mid-1945, due to the flood in Żuławy Wiślane in May (i.e. during the rescue of Polish lands from German occupation).
The commune consists of 7 villages: Grochowo Trzecie, Groszkowo, Kąty Rybackie, Kobyla Kępa, Łaszka, Płonina, Sztutowo.
The seat of the commune is Sztutowo.
According to data from December 31, 2007, the commune was inhabited by 3,520 people.
