Series: Museum Masterpieces
In the foreground is the Louvre Pyramid, through which we can see an essential work of art: the Victory of Samothrace. The museum's name is inscribed at the bottom of the pyramid, along with the hallmarks at the ends. The words "RF" and the face value appear above the roofs of the Louvre palace.

Busts by Marten Soolmans and Oopjen Coppit. The names of the subjects, the painter and the year separate the two paintings. The outline of the coin is decorated with the original frame of the portraits and the museums in which they reside in alternating custody: the Rijksmuseum on the left and the Louvre on the right.
