Translation:
Bearer's Promissory Note
Not later than 3 - three - months after peace has been made for Norway
in the conflict in which our country is now involved, the
Norwegian State will pay the bearer
10 - ten - Norwegian kroner against this promissory note.
In the meantime, this promissory note will be used as a regular means of payment.
