In 1948-1957, a series of voluntary-compulsory prize loans were issued. In 1951-1953, 35% of all bonds were guaranteed to be won, then 25%, and in the last year of 1957, only 6%. The term of each loan was 20 years, in 1957 - 5 years. All bonds that were not drawn were redeemed at par within the terms set by the Ministry of Finance. In 1951-1952, the total loan amounted to 30 billion rubles per year, in 1953 - 15 billion, in 1954 - 16 billion, in 1955-1956 - 32 billion, and in 1957 - 12 billion. In 1957, a government decree was issued to suspend the payment of interest and winnings on deposits for 20 years, meaning that the bonds were frozen, and many of them were never redeemed.

Issued in November 1955. The reverse side indicates the terms of the win, which is calculated for one 100-ruble bond, the total amount of the win is taken at the rate of 2% per annum for every 100 rubles. Bonds with a face value of less than 100 rubles are considered parts, and more than 100 are considered several bonds. The amount of the win is divided or multiplied accordingly. At least one prize of 25% of whole bonds was guaranteed, the rest were to be redeemed at par value starting from November 1, 1960, over 15 years (1960-1965 - 1.25 million rubles, 1966-1970 - 3 million rubles, 1971-1975 - 10.5 million rubles per year for every 100 million rubles of the loan). The numbers of the bonds to be redeemed were determined by lottery, as were the prizes themselves. The numbers not included in the list were to be redeemed starting November 1, 1975. The redemption of the winning bonds was completed on November 1, 1976, after which they became invalid.(Edited)Restore original
