The Royal Australian Mint celebrates the arrival of your newest bundle of joy with its Baby Coin Set.
The $2 coin shows an adorable Indigenous baby, looking with giggling wonder at a cute star mobile. An adorable mob of cuddly plush kangaroos flop about on the back of the $1 coin. The 50cent coat of arms has been given a riotous party makeover with plush roo and emu. A cute wind-up platypus swims amongst the bubbles on the 20cent. The shy lyrebird on the 10cent coin is now a winky-wonky marionette puppet and finally a wooden echidna sits on the 5cent. Altogether, they create a unique and engaging year set that celebrates the arrival of a new baby, the wonders of a child’s imagination and the simple joys of collecting.
