THIS MEDAL IN COMMEMORATION OF THE PLYMOUTH BREAKWATER, WAS STRUCK BY ORDER OF W.STUART, SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEER. AFTER A CONNECTION OF 37 YEARS WITH THAT UNDERTAKING.
