These notes were written on official book paper (with variable lettering in black and red lines), stamps with the legend "COMISSARIA GENERAL D'ORDRE PUBLIC DE CATALUNYA - SECCIO 9ª SUD-SECRETARIA" and a number in black indicating the page number of official book that was used in obverse and reverse.
In the lettering section, only the note's own written legend is described, since the rest of the legend is variable according to the part of the official book that was used.
