The Eidsvoll Building with raised flag and trees on the sides surrounded by inscription, solid ring on the rim.

Reverse

Eagle with its wings spread holding leaves and arrows with its legs, shield on its chest. Triangualr shield with crowned norwegian lion holding an axe and facing left, crossed American and Norwegian flags flanked behind the shield. Surrounded by inscription above and below, solid ring on the rim.
