90 years of Lacoste.
Series: French Excellence
The coin is divided into three distinct zones, reminiscent of a tennis ball seen from above. The first has the texture of crocodile skin. The second, that of the cotton pique of a Lacoste polo shirt. The third, the stringing of a tennis racket. In the middle of the coin is the face value, the 0 of which is represented by a golf ball, a tribute to the sport brilliantly practiced by champion Simone Thion de La Chaume, wife of René Lacoste.
