Comments
These may be Examples that the Puerto Rico Mint made. They sale them on Ebay. After getting mine I tried to research Flower's Guest House and could not find anything that indicated they actually existed. There is also 3 more encased 2012 Puerto Rican Quarter tokens of same theme Two with anodized aluminum rings. The other has a gold plated Quarter 2012 Puerto Rico.
