Translation:
Az érme előlapján, a középmezőben – a körgyűrűbe átnyúlva – a Magyar Honvédség emblémájából kiemelt részletek, a karmai között Szent István kardját tartó, kiterjesztett szárnyú turulmadár és a „Magyar Honvédség pajzs” ábrázolása látható, ahol a nemzeti színeket heraldikai sráfozás jelöli.
Az érme belső magjában a Magyar Honvédség jelmondata: „A HAZÁÉRT” felirat, a külső körgyűrűben, gyöngysorszegélyen belül, köriratban fent a „MAGYARORSZÁG”, lent a „175 éves a MAGYAR HONVÉDSÉG” felirat, valamint a „2023” verési évszám olvasható.
