The obverse of each coin features a polar bear either in the form the traditional Greenland arms or a modern version of the Greenland arms. All eight coins are Uncirculated. Only 10,000 sets were issued. These were struck by Osborne Coinage in Cincinnati, Ohio USA. "Prøve" is written on the obverse side with JL initial of reverse side of all these coins.
