Comments

These coins are anonymous and date from the period 1306 to 1309. Odo of Grandson concluded a lease for his coins during the year of his pontificate (1306). His successor Guy of Pernes (1306-1307) died before arriving in his diocese and then Odo Colonna (1307-1309) never came.
According to Flon, these would be coins minted by the Duke of Lorraine with the authorization of the bishops, probably in repayment of debts.
