Comments

The grosi (plural grosia) was another name for the Turkish kuruş and was later replaced by the Greek phoenix at a rate of 2½ grosia = 1 phoenix (6 phoenix = 1 Spanish dollar). Issued by the Ministry of Economy, of the Provisional Administration of Greece.
