CATALOG NOTES:
By mistake Krause describes variant P# 231a, ND (1990) as it contains the word “MINISTRO” (male), not detailing signatures, and describes variant P# 231b, ND (1991) as it contains the word “MINISTRA” (female), while it is just the opposite, also dates as 1990 the variant P# 231b with signatures corresponding to that year, but this note was issued on 1991, when there was a change of authorities, so, signatures also changed.
Also note that at start of description shows “ND (1991-91)”, but on variant descriptions all show as 1990.

Krause por error describe la emisión P# 231a, ND (1990) como que tiene la palabra “MINISTRO” (masculino), sin detallar el set de firmas, y describe la emisión P# 231b, ND (1991) como que tiene la palabra “MINISTRA” (femenino), cuando en realidad es al revés, también pone fecha 1990 en la variante P# 231b, con las fichas respectivas, pero este billete fué emitido en 1991, que es cuando hubo cambio de autoridades, y por tanto de firmas en los billetes.
Nótese que al comienzo de la descripción dice “ND (1991-91)”, pero en las descripciones de variantes, todas figuran como 1990.
