There are variations on how the serial numbers are represented.

In the A prefix No. has curved serif with O underline followed by letter over number separated by a dash and 6-digit serial number. (TR1a)

In S & T prefix letter over number is followed by No. with flat serif and dot beneath O and 6-digit serial number (TR1b)

In B prefix as before but with only 5 digits (TR1c)
