Miroslav Tyrš ( Friedrich Emanuel Tirsch, in Czech: Bedřich Tyrš); born on 17 September 1832, died 8 August 1884. He was a Czech philosopher, art historian, and sports organizer. Together with Jindřich Fügner, he was the cofounder of the Sokol movement.
